POST GRADUATE PLANS SURVEY
Every Senior MUST complete the WHS Post Graduate Plans
Survey in Naviance by MAY 1st.
The Post Graduate-Plans Survey MUST be completed by every
senior regardless if they intend to go to college or not. The data captured in
this survey is used for state reports and statistical data for the current
graduating class (student names are not used for these reports). This data will
also serve to build college history in the Naviance database which in turn will
provide each graduating class with more college data to utilize in their career
and college search plans.
This form also asks the student to provide the NAME OF
THE COLLEGE THEY PLAN TO ATTEND in the fall. The college, University, or
Technical School you provide in response to this survey question – will be the institution the Guidance
office will forward your final transcript to in July. This form will serve as
the vehicle Guidance will use to forward your FINAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT to
the college you plan to attend in the fall.
Final transcripts get sent to the colleges the first week
of July.
TO GET TO THIS SURVEY – PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:
* Select the “ABOUT
ME” Tab in Naviance
* The menu on the left side of the page will list “SURVEYS TO TAKE”
* Select the survey called “SENIOR POST GRADUATE PLANS SURVEY”
